Custom Lash Styles for Your Brand:
Build Your Product Line
From classic to wispy, volume to mega volume — choose the right lash extension styles and build a private label product line that sells, scales, and defines your brand identity.

Your Lash Style IS Your Brand Identity
The lash styles you choose are not just product decisions — they are brand decisions. The moment a salon owner or end consumer picks up your product, the curl, fiber softness, and density communicate your brand's position in the market: natural and understated, or bold and editorial.
Most new lash brands make the mistake of trying to offer everything at launch. The brands that build loyal followings are those that start with a clear, opinionated point of view — a signature look that their customers can identify and reorder. Your product line is your brand language.
The Lashvee approach: We help brand owners identify their target market and map the right lash styles to their positioning before a single SKU is confirmed. See our full brand launch framework →

The fiber material you choose determines the softness, weight, and perceived quality of your lash line. It's one of the most important brand decisions you'll make — and it directly affects your price point and target customer.

The 5 Core Styles Every Lash Brand Should Know
These five styles form the foundation of virtually every successful private label lash line. Understanding the technical differences — not just the visual differences — is what separates brands that build loyal customers from brands that compete on price alone.

Classic Lashes
Single fiber applied to each natural lash. The industry baseline — clean, defined, and universally flattering. Controlled by diameter, curl, and length mix.
Volume Lashes
Multi-fiber fans (2–6 fibers) applied to one natural lash. Soft, fluffy, and full without excessive weight. The most popular upgrade from classic.
Mega Volume
High-density fans for maximum drama. Requires ultra-fine fibers (0.03–0.05mm) to keep weight manageable. The statement SKU for bold brand positioning.
Hybrid Lashes
A strategic mix of classic and volume fans. Not a separate product — an assortment strategy. Delivers textured, dimensional results that photograph beautifully.
Wispy / Wet Look
Spiked or wet-look styling using W-shaped fans or pre-made spike clusters. The fastest-growing style category in 2025–2026. High differentiation potential.
For a deeper technical breakdown of each type, see our complete lash extension types guide →
Trending Styles to Differentiate Your Brand in 2026
The lash market is shifting toward personalization and editorial aesthetics. Brands that incorporate these trending styles into their line — even as a secondary SKU — capture a disproportionate share of social media attention and new client acquisition.
Each trend below represents a real market opportunity. We've linked to the relevant product pages so you can explore specifications and MOQ before committing to a style direction.

Wispy & Wet Look
Spiked fans and wet-set styling dominate 2026 trend reports. High visual impact, strong social media content performance. W-shaped fans create the signature spiked tip effect that drives viral lash content.
↑ #1 Trending 2026 VIEW PRODUCT →YY / W Shape Fans
Y-shaped and W-shaped premade fans create unique texture that standard volume cannot replicate. Increasingly popular with artists seeking differentiated sets and higher service pricing.
↑ Growing Fast VIEW PRODUCT →Brown & Colored
Brown lashes and subtle color options appeal to natural-look markets and clients seeking softer alternatives to black. Colored extensions open a new differentiation lane for trend-forward brands.
↑ Expanding Market VIEW PRODUCT →Cat Eye & Fox Eye
Mapping-driven looks using L/M curls and precise length graduation. High demand in Asian and European markets. Slanted premade fans create the cat-eye effect with minimal mapping effort.
↑ Trending VIEW PRODUCT →Mega Volume (8D–16D)
Ultra-dense fans for maximum drama. Pointy-base premade fans make mega volume accessible for more artists. The statement SKU that drives bold brand positioning and bridal market penetration.
↑ Premium Growth VIEW PRODUCT →Matte Black Premium
Ultra-fine 0.02–0.05mm matte black fibers for the most natural-looking mega volume sets. Increasingly demanded by premium salons positioning themselves above standard volume offerings.
↑ Premium Niche VIEW PRODUCT →Curl Types & Length Ranges: Build Your Signature Look
Curl is the single most visible specification in your product line — it sets the aesthetic tone of your brand. Length determines the versatility of your SKUs. Together, they define your "house look."

| Curl | Lift Effect | Best For | Market Demand | Launch Priority |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| B | Subtle, near-natural | Mature clients, straight natural lashes, understated markets | Niche | Phase 2–3 |
| C | Medium lift, universally flattering | Most clients, classic & hybrid bestsellers, all markets | Highest | Phase 1 — Core |
| CC | High lift, open-eye effect | Glam markets, volume sets, photo-ready looks | Very High | Phase 1 — Core |
| D | Dramatic curl, maximum lift | Bold sets, bridal, clients who love noticeable lash lines | High | Phase 1–2 |
| L | Straight base + sharp lift | Downward-growing lashes, foxy/liner effect, Asian markets | Growing | Phase 2 |
| M | Extreme straight base + dramatic lift | Specialty mapping, editorial looks, advanced artists | Specialty | Phase 3 |
Length strategy: Launch with an 8–14mm mixed tray as your core SKU. This covers 80% of salon mapping needs in a single product. Add 7mm (inner corners) and 15–16mm (dramatic sets) only after reorder data confirms demand. Full starter SKU guide with curl, length & diameter charts →

How Many Lash Styles Should Your Brand Launch With?
The most common mistake new lash brands make is launching with too many SKUs. More styles mean higher MOQ investment, more complex inventory management, and a diluted brand identity. The brands that scale fastest start lean and expand based on data.
A three-phase approach lets you validate demand before committing capital, while building the product depth your customers will eventually need.
Rule of thumb: Your Phase 1 line should be completable in a single order. If your launch SKUs require more than 2–3 supplier conversations, you have too many. Use our lash brand launch checklist →

- Custom fiber diameter & softness
- Proprietary tray configurations
- Brand-exclusive packaging & dielines
- MOQ from 500 pcs per custom style
- 6–10 week development timeline

What Makes a Lash Style "Brand-Ready"? Quality Standards
Not all lash styles are manufactured to the same standard. These are the six quality benchmarks Lashvee applies to every style before it qualifies for private label or OEM production — the same standards your brand should require from any supplier.
Curl Retention
Curl must remain stable after 72 hours at 40°C / 80% humidity. Unstable curl causes inconsistent sets and client complaints.
Diameter Tolerance
Nominal diameter must hold within ±0.01mm across the tray. Diameter drift affects stiffness, weight, and comfort.
Strip Bonding
Lashes must release cleanly from the strip without adhesive residue or fiber deformation. Poor bonding causes placement errors.
Fiber Softness
Softness is measured by bend stiffness at the midpoint. Overly stiff fibers increase client discomfort and reduce wear time.
Fan Symmetry
Volume fans must open evenly with equal fiber spacing. Asymmetric fans create uneven density and slow application time.
Batch Consistency
Reorder batches must match the original sample within defined tolerances. Inconsistency between orders damages brand reputation.
